How do you use the Anytime menstrual cup?

The Anytime cup is easy to insert and remove. When inserting the cup, the cup creates a vacuum, making the cup completely leak-proof. When removing the cup, press the cup with a finger to break the vacuum. You can then easily remove the cup by pulling the stem or the end of the cup. Then rinse the cup and reinsert it.

The stem can be cut off. This does not affect the quality of the cup or the insertion and removal of the cup.

You remove the cup by pressing a finger along the side and breaking the vacuum suction. You can then remove the cup by pulling on the stem at the bottom. Pour away the menstrual blood and rinse the cup. You can then reinsert it.
