The inside and outside are provided with a Black Stone Non Stick coating , making the pan easy to clean. The sturdy, reinforced cast material has a perfect weight , conducts heat evenly and prevents hot spots. The thickened base ensures fast and safe heat distribution and reduced energy and time during cooking. The ergonomic bakelite handle is heat resistant and soft to the touch, pleasant to hold, easy to maneuver, safe and anti-burn . The tempered glass lid has a steam vent and can withstand extreme heat, while the clarity of the glass makes it very easy to see the food. The knob and the edge of the glass lid are made of stainless steel that matches the black color of the frying pan. This frying pan is perfect for a healthy meal from where only a minimum of oil is needed for cooking. Environmentally friendly and 100% PFOA / LEAD and Cadmium free.
