These stylish pans all have a marble coating. Almost the same as the white ceramic pans, but then black in color with speckles. An additional advantage of this coating is that the color of this coating is black instead of white, this ensures that the coating will not visibly discolour . Cooking with these pans is healthier: a non-stick coating is made of the substance Teflon and this contains the substance PFOA (banned from 2015). This substance is not good for your health when (over)heated. This is not the case with these pans. These pans can also withstand heat better, up to 450 degrees, which is a lot more sustainable because the pan cannot burn. Using oil is not necessary with these pans. Moreover, they are easy to clean.

Please note that the handles of this set can get hot, so we recommend potholders or oven gloves.
