All Royalty Line knives, made of different materials, can be washed in the dishwasher . Royalty Line recommends that you wash your knives by hand to extend their lifespan. Dishwasher chemicals can damage the blade and handle of your knife.

Hand wash your knife with warm water, dish soap and a soft cloth. Dry your knife after each cleaning. Using your knife as a can opener or screwdriver can damage the cutting edge. Do not abuse your knife for anything other than food preparation.

Use your knife on hard surfaces such as glass, metal or porcelain. These surfaces will dull your knife. Royalty Line recommends using wooden and plastic cutting boards. Every knife loses its sharpness over time with regular use. Use Royalty Line Sharpener to sharpen your knife for optimal results.
